1. Polls show Republican vulnerability in this Fall’s elections around health-reform issues, and a misreading of another poll scared Trump from continuing to support RFK’s MAHA agenda on vaccines. The latter poll actually demonstrated majority support to clean up vaccine corruption. CDC even reported – for the fourth year in a row – that more parents than ever are electing exemptions from ALL vaccines.  So, Trump changed his mind; but the courts have been reluctant to restore informed consent (although that may change with recent moves by the Supreme Court). U.S. Representative Paul Gosar is no stranger to health freedom. When observing the under-reporting of COVID-19 vaccine injuries in his Arizona district, he wrote to HHS, demanding enforcement of injury-reporting requirements that we know from studies only report 1% of actual harm. Indeed, in Fauci’s force-disclosed emails Fauci admitted knowing the danger of COVID-19 gene-modifying injections yet lied to us that they were safe. Now, the CDC reports a 50% increase of infant deaths. Americans should not face coercion to accept toxic injections; there also can be no incentive for safe vaccines if producers are immune from liability when they harm customers. In that same poll above, 80% support the goal of Mr. Gosar’s bill to restore liability.

2. Liability reform won’t maintain huge support forever, once the pHARMa ad-dependent media scares parents with the claim that there will be fewer vaccines as a result (threatening to abandon vaccine manufacturing is how pHARMa gained liability immunity in the first place, from court decisions emanating from the 1986 Childhood Injury Act). The current Measles alarmism shows how easily Americans can be demagogued on public health, even where the recent death claims proved to be a lie. But liability restoration support may grow again as the People learn what attorney Greg Glaser knows. He is the author of one of a dozen studies that replicate chronic disease among the vaxxed as compared to the unvaxxed. The reproduction of this result is stark when compared to the bulk of pHARMa prescriptions of medicines infamously devoid of any replication of results. Based upon the terrifying chronic disease facing the vaccinated, Greg filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court to create a civil remedy against those who mandate such dangerous products; yet, our top justices wouldn’t even hear the case. Mr. Glaser helped NHF get former Rep. Gohmert to introduce the NICE act and groups of congressmen to write FDA and then-President Biden to, respectively, oppose extension of the clotshot authorization to toddlers (an effort covered by Epoch Times and substacked by leading health advocate Robert Malone), and lift the ban on unvaxxed visitors (which ban kept tennis ace Novak Djokovic out of the 2021 US Open) – an effort written about in Daily Caller. For both NHF and Physicians for Informed Consent, he continues to earn his reputation as the “human vaccine encyclopedia.”
