Restoring Trust in Health Authorities
…by devolving National Health Bureaucracies to the 50 States
… & passing the Medical Freedom Amendment

The harm committed by America’s government against many millions of its own people in response to the 2020 COVID-19 hysteria made only the last straw in a train of abuses from a century of federal involvement in healthcare. The time has come to respect the 1824 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Ogden when Chief Justice Marshall wrote, “Reserved exclusively for the states are health laws of every description.”[1] Knowing that all 50 States subsidize and regulate most aspects of healthcare, there never has been a justification to duplicate those efforts with national health bureaucracies “of every description.”
The National Health Federation calls on Congress to defund and abolish constitution-violating, national health programs, starting with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Further, we call for a new Constitutional Amendment to guarantee Medical Freedom.

Going through the bureaucracies:
FDA. Of the million alleged deaths from the COVID-19 disease, Yale’s Harvey Risch, M.D. blamed 80% of them on the FDA and its aggressive suppression of early treatments.[2] Then, on the flip side, the FDA has also killed people with FDA-authorized and/or approved drugs using a screening process that instead could have more easily been performed by private companies such as Underwriters Laboratory.[3]
CDC. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) was grossly, even criminally negligent when it recommended the dangerous and experimental COVID-19 injections for children, who as a population group lack any real risk from COVID-19, and for everyone else despite Pharma’s fraud in obtaining Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) for their “vaccines.”[4] Also, the CDC duplicates the Public Health Departments in each of the 50 States.[5]
NIH. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is financially compromised from patents guaranteeing it profits from the very drugs that it supposedly “researches,” and the NIH duplicates research already performed by universities and private companies. It is therefore entirely dispensable.[6]
HHS. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) funds a Medicare program responsible for most of the National Debt and that duplicates Medicaid programs already run by the States.[7]
Voters won’t feel a thing from the abolition of Federal health bureaucracies, since each of them already exists in every State and in many private, educational, and charitable entities. It is also critical to devolve bureaucracy back to the State level so that Americans never again have to suffer the demerits of the national programs. Once relegated to the States, government officials will struggle to abuse voters as easily as they could when such powers were centralized in distant Washington, D.C. Without being enabled by a centralized leviathan, State governments will have to respond to the actual preferences of local voters.
As Congress restores welfare and health regulation to the States where it can resume serving the people instead of special interests, politicians need then to embark on passage of a Constitutional Amendment prohibiting due-process-free government interference with an individual’s medical choices. Using the COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse, governments forced half of the country to take an experimental injection that is now exacerbating All-Cause-Mortality or lose their livelihood.[8] The Medical Freedom Amendment would restore the art of medicine, reduce illness nationwide, and keep the doctor-patient private to those involved.[9]
The National Health Federation got its start in the mid-1950s, protecting innovative healers with treatments threatening to Pharma profits. With the abject failure of allopathic (mainstream) medicine to stem chronic disease - the real epidemic – patients must have their choices respected to seek care that actually works.[10] And the decision about whether some health treatment works should be in the eye of the consumer, not determined by a corrupt study published in a journal whose own editor doubts the veracity of the study’s conclusions or where the study’s claimed results fail to be reproduced in subsequent studies.[11] The only regulation should occur in the courts, where defendants enjoy Due Process to prevent nuisance persecution of entrepreneurial treatment inventors.
With health bureaucracy forced to compete among the 50 States, and a constitutional amendment requiring a court order before the government can interfere in private health choices, we can reverse the chronic disease epidemic and actually please patients with quality healing.
