Birgitta Lauren

The mother of twins at age 54, Birgitta is an athlete of a dozen sports, having excelled in swimming, dance, and bodybuilding, winning State & National titles in Australia. Birgitta has 43 years of experience in the fitness industry (classes, corporate programming, gym design, health cub management, public speaking, personal training, workshops and certification courses), with a high-end and celebrity clientele of expectant mothers in Beverly Hills, Europe, and Kuwaiti Royalty. Her athletic experience and maternal/infant work led her to the science of epigenetics and how to naturally improve health outcomes. She teaches seminars on nutrition, epigenetics, and its application for health, fertility, and anti-aging. Birgitta collaborated with top international medical experts, and authored the book Expecting Fitness, which won the coveted iParenting Media Award in 2007, and is used by CAPPA (the World’s largest Childbirth education school) and the Maternal Institute. Birgitta also writes, and has been featured in numerous maternity, health and celebrity magazines, TV, news, online etc. Among other services, Birgitta has represented NHF at Codex Alimentarius meetings.
