Fighting Chronic Disease – the REAL Epidemic

The REAL epidemic stems from regulatory capture, resulting in pollution of our air, water, land, food and medicine.

The term “Chronic disease” covers a spectrum of diseases from illnesses as acceptable as allergies to life-ruining autism; and chronic disease has exploded from afflicting 10% of Americans in 1990 to 50% by 2010. By coincidence, Americans for the first time in a century expect to live shorter lives than their parents. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a report that this epidemic started in the late 1980s, and could have as culprits any number of toxic assaults – from the air we breathe, to the food and water we consume, to the medicines we’re allowed to take.1 Each of these vectors is contaminated in ways easily reversible with the correct policy corrections.

FOOD. For the crops and livestock raised by farmers, as a start, we must pass U.S. Senator Cory Booker’s bill to prohibit those same pesticides and herbicides that are prohibited in Europe and support the National Health Federation’s negotiations at the United Nations’ Codex Alimentarius committees in opposing weak residue allowances for hormonal livestock injections. We also support bills like that introduced in Missouri, which requires disclosure whenever livestock are vaccinated with RNA-modifying experiments. HEALTHCARE. We must forbid any Federal action (including mandates) on vaccines without guaranteeing a National Informed Consent Exemption and full reporting on disease outcome comparisons between the unvaccinated and vaccinated; and restore injury liability onto pHARMa.3 We seek the repeal of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidance restrictions on homeopathy and natural compounding, both of which offer better hope than Pharma for chronic-disease recovery.4 Abolish all Federal health bureaucracies that aren’t even authorized in Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, and which duplicate private competitors or similar agencies in the 50 States.5 Expand tax-advantaged Health Savings Accounts to spur patients to become consumers who will seek superior (natural) alternatives to pHARMa pills.6 Pass in the States laws creating a certification track to escape burdensome and arbitrarily enforced licensing, thus creating instead a race-to-the-top in ever-improving quality among not just healers but also all other occupations.7

AIR. We support States like Rhode Island in banning the types of geoengineering projects proposed in the Federal Weather Enterprise, which horribly discourages EPA Clean Air enforcement of jet pollution.8 Not only are the government and the airlines colluding in polluting our atmosphere, but also the government and the telecommunications industry are conspiring to pollute our air via Radio Frequency Microwave radiation-emitting antennas outside of our bedrooms, classrooms, and local parks. We oppose Wireless bills that would hurt, spy on and coerce behavior, while supporting HR 8082 that will restore the local discretion needed to move cell towers far from our neighborhoods, schools, and parks.9

WATER: A Federal court and study have undermined authorities’ lies about the safety of fluoridated water. We need the EPA to ban this practice, and demand that local governments clean up our water.10

MEDICAL FREEDOM. Our health depends also upon our freedom, and connection to our soul’s purpose. Thomas Jefferson tried to give us that space to experience life, with his incorporation in the Independence Declaration that as humans we have rights not to be interfered with unless we were harming others. We need a Medical Freedom Amendment to clarify self-ownership.11 Also, the point above about devolving unconstitutional bureaucracies to the States would make a good start in removing the ability of our top-heavy, national government to crowd out our ability to pursue healthy behaviors and live free of the environmentally-caused chronic disease epidemic.
